Nancy Hudecek is a University of Akron graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Family and Child Development. She has spent most of her career in the not-for-profit sector, working for a child care resource and referral, the YMCA in Akron, Lake County, Ohio and in Dayton, and now for Catholic Social Services of the Miami Valley. Her roles have included lead teacher, administrator, and director of child care services. Currently, Nancy is the director of the Miami Valley Family Care Center, the early learning program of Catholic Social Services of the Miami Valley. The Center has a long history of delivering high quality early learning programs to children in the west Dayton area and is accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children as well as a Star 4 rated center in Ohio’s voluntary rating system, Step Up to Quality.
