Numerical Analysis of Spatial Evolution of Power in an EDFA under Temporal Steady State

In an EDFA, particle population, and signal, pump and ASE powers are related through highly nonlinear PDEs. Assuming temporal steady-state, we numerically solve spatial evolution of power and number density, and compare with known behavior.
