News release announces that 800 manufacturing leaders will gather at a University of Dayton conference to address "Competitive Manufacturing: Leadership for Change" at the Dayton Convention Center. Among the keynote speakers are Ohio Gov. Richard F. Celeste and Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist David Halberstam, author of the bestseller "The Reckoning."
