Description

Branches of lilies are encircled by a crown of thorns. Above the flowers is a cross with the words 'Poverty,' 'Obedience,' and 'Chastity' enscribed upon it. The edges of the card have a gold filigree pattern. The back of the card has an inscription commemorating the profession of religious vows by a Sister of Saint Joseph of Lynn, Massachusetts, and the entry into the novitiate of a second woman.
