Abstract

Traveling to Sangiro, Malawi, Lindsey Weisman and Baylor Johnson worked with local Non-Governmental Organization (NGO): Determined to Develop (D2D). Founded by University of Dayton Alumni Matthew Maroon D2D seeks to empower youth through education. One means of achieving such is the continual development of the school complex they founded Wasambo Schools. The ETHOS Immersion Team this summer developed a campus masterplan for All Boys, All Girls, and Technical School on the same site. In addition, surrounding development work for the site was completed in an effort to continue Determined to Develops’ mission.
