Abstract

Our seventh forum proposed ways to fill the void and rekindle Marian devotion in the increasingly motherless culture confronting the Church. The goal was to restore a wholesome balance by bringing Mary back into the pews—and homes—as a real mother, not some mythological figure.

On Oct. 12, 2018, the forum began promptly via teleconference at 2:30 p.m. Eastern time (United States). After a brief introduction, each presenter gave a 20-minute presentation. The session concluded with an hour of open discussion and final remarks at 4:30 p.m. Eastern time.
