Description
Plastic doll is wearing a habit worn by the Congregation of the Daughters of Mary Immaculate, better known as the Marianist Sisters, who were founded in Agen, France in 1816 by Adèle de Trenquelliéon under the guidance of Blessed William Joseph Chaminade, founder of the Society of Mary. The doll is wearing a black dress with a black veil and white wimple. A white sash is tied around the doll's waist, and a black rosary hangs from her waist. A metal crucifix hangs from a black yarn necklace around the doll's neck.
