Why the honoree chose the book
This book does not relate to my formal scholarship, which is in chemistry. However, I have found it very insightful for me personally as a Marianist Educational Associate who is a Protestant. It is very objective, but also has a very irenic and ecumenical tone, so it complements my deep interest in Christian ecumenism.
