Patrick V. Murphy is Director, Police Policy Board, United States Conference of Mayors; Chair, Montgomery County, Maryland Criminal Justice Coordinating Commission. Mr. Murphy served as the president of the Police Foundation from 1973 to 1985. He was the Police Commissioner of New York City from 1970 to 1973 and the Police Commissioner of Detroit, Michigan from 1969 to 1970.
