Frank C. Woodside III is a partner in the law firm of Dinsmore & Shohl LLP. His practice focuses on the representation of manufacturing concerns in class actions and mass tort litigation in such areas as pharmaceuticals and medical devices; the trial of drug, medical device and tobacco product liability cases; and the defense of health care providers in medical malpractice litigation. Dr. Woodside, who received his medical degree from the University of Cincinnati in 1973, is the editor of the treatise Drug Product Liability, published by Matthew Bender, and a clinical professor of pediatrics at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. Dr. Woodside has been listed for the past twelve years in The Best Lawyers in America. He obtained his B.S. from The Ohio State University in 1966 and his J.D. cum laude from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law in 1969.

Mark L. Silbersack is a partner at Dinsmore & Shohl LLP. His practice involves litigation, counseling, and audits in areas such as antitrust and products liability. Mr. Silbersack also has extensive class action experience in business and mass tort cases. Mr. Silbersack obtained his A.B. summa cum laude from Boston College in 1968 and his J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School in 1971.

Travis L. Fliehman was an associate at Dinsmore & Shohl LLP. Mr. Fliehman practiced in the area of litigation with an emphasis in products liability, medical monitoring and mass tort defense. Mr. Fliehman obtained his B.S. cum laude from Ohio State University in 1993 and his J.D. from the University of Dayton School of Law in 1999.

Douglas J. Feichtner is an associate at Dinsmore & Shohl LLP. Mr. Feichtner practices in the area of litigation, including products liability, medical monitoring and mass tort defense. Mr. Feichtner obtained his B.A. cum laude from Miami University in 1999 and his J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 2002.
