Micah L. Berman is an assistant professor at Ohio State University's College of Public Health and Moritz College of Law. When teaching the course discussed in this article (and at the time this article was written), he was a member of the faculty at New England Law Boston and director of the Center for Public Health and Tobacco Policy. Michael Freiberg and Julie Ralston Aoki are adjunct professors at William Mitchell College of Law and staff attorneys at the Public Health Law Center.
