Charles Edward Andrew Lincoln, IV, ("Charlie") received his J.D. from Texas A&M University in May 2016 after graduating, cum laude, with a Bachelor's Degree in Government from Harvard University, in June 2013. In September 2016, Charlie began the advanced L.L.M. program in International Tax Law at the University of Amsterdam, for which he plans to write a thesis on the transfer pricing and valuation of intangibles. Charlie is currently working as a Tax Adviser at Loyens & Loeff in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Charlie hopes to continue to work in International Cooperation and Policy Development.
