Silent footage of a conversation or interview with Congressman Charles Whalen and U.S. Senator Charles H. Percy being filmed in a recording studio. The vantage point of this video recording is behind the studio camera. At the end of the clip, Congressman Whalen and Senator Percy are filmed walking down a hallway. An unidentified man is filmed in the hallway at the very end. Filmed circa 1967.
