Description
- Dedication and renaming of 301 Lowes to the McGinnis Center in honor of the late Edward C. McGinnis, whose widow, Mary-Louise McGinnis, is a member of the UD Board of Trustees. The family and the Leonardt Foundation contributed $250,000 for the renovation of the center.
- Finals week study hours
- House decorating contest winners: Ray Schmidlin, John Zengel, Tim McKelvey, John O'Donnell, Fred O'Connor and Jim Zavrl of 432 Kiefaber. Each won a dinner at the Pine Club. Second place and a meal at Westward Ho went to Clare Carr, Brigid Doorley, Carolyn Kirk, Trayce Lange, Margaret Mulally and Mary Russell of 215 Lawnview Ave.
