Abstract
University of Dayton students are spinning plates — literally — to prepare for Dinner in the Desert Kitchen V: Forage Ahead, an annual fundraising dinner, art exhibition and auction to benefit nonprofit community partners and raise awareness about food justice efforts in Dayton.
