Louise "Toni" Moore, Ph.D. is the Director of the St. Remy Initiative and the Catholic Leadership Institute Project at the University of Dayton. She has served as a long-time Catholic school teacher, principal, assistant superintendent, consultant and adjunct professor for the University of Dayton. Moore's research includes the spiritual formation of Catholic school principals, leadership development for Catholic school educators, mentoring, staff development, and collaboration. Currently, her primary focus is cultivating leadership and the professional formation and development of those who serve the interests of Catholic schools.
