Pamela Cross Young, Ph.D. is Assistant Professor and Director of Accreditation at the University of Dayton School of Education and Health Sciences. She is a full-time faculty member in the Department of Educational Leadership. Dr. Young earned her Ph.D. in Educational Leadership at the University of Dayton. She also has an M.S. in Education from Mansfield State University (PA). She teaches courses at U.D. in the area of Curriculum Development and Evaluation, Research, Educational Leadership, Supervision and Professional Development. She is past vice president of the Catholic Central School Board of Trustees in Springfield, Ohio and was elected vice president of Springfield Promise Neighborhood.
