Abstract

Around since the 16th century, some musicians claim the violin is difficult to play. English author, Samuel Butler said, "Life is like playing a violin solo in public, and learning the instrument as one goes on." Doing her best to practice musical scales in D major at Fitz Hall's music department is, Elise Zielinski, senior international business management major from Pittsburgh.
