Abstract
Perched on branches, like the rungs of a hierarchical organizational chart, three robins survey the grounds of the Humanities Building this week. No doubt, one could conclude, that the animal kingdom is structured like the human one that uses the principles of industrial and organizational behavioral systems to get through the day.
