Abstract

The wind blew strong today at 1700 S. Patterson Blvd., known as River Campus, by the international flag stands. The flags seemed to snap so loudly in the sustained wind, one could think, they’ll either rip their colors off or be cut to shreds. Some forecasters predicted gusts up to 40 mph for today.
