Abstract

It's a different kind of hunger — for good food, yes, but these students are also hungry for something out of the ordinary. The University invited food trucks to campus and had them set up in C Lot between RecPlex and Kettering Labs. It was a way for students to enjoy interesting cuisine without having to trek off campus.
