Paul Laurence Dunbar, At Sunset Time
(1899-1965) Antonio Lora was a composer and pianist. His studies in theory and composition were pursued with Rubin Goldmark and Eduardo Trucco; his piano training with Alberto Jonas. In 1925, he began studies at New York University, where his teachers were Philip James and Albert Stoessel. He graduated from the Juilliard Graduate School of Music in NY and was on the faculty for six years. He also served as piano accompanist for the Mendelssohn Glee Club of NY and was a faculty member at Ohio State University and Long Island University.
