Abstract
At the University of Dayton, hands-on learning and strong industry connections help students turn classroom knowledge into real-world impact. For engineering students Hailey Doerner and Sarah Siefring, co-op experiences have been instrumental in shaping their academic paths, professional goals and personal growth.
