Abstract

Brochure describes the Fitz Center's Health Equity Fellows Program. Achieving health equity means ensuring that everyone has the ability to achieve their full health potential and no one is disadvantaged due to socially determined circumstances. This program's goal is to provide education, skills, and experiences for underrepresented students who now and in their future careers want to combat health inequities.
