Ezio Anichini (1886-1948) was an Italian artist who specialized in a highly detailed art nouveau style. His work encompassed religious, literary, and political themes, including devotion to the Virgin Mary. He is particularly known for his Litany of Loreto and illustrations for an edition of The Divine Comedy. Researcher and collector John Shaffer donated more than 250 items by and about Anichini to the Marian Library in 2025.
