Abstract

The Classic Film Society will open its fifth year this Sunday, September 10, with the Beatles film "A Hard Day's Night" in the Boll Theater of the University of Dayton's John F. Kennedy Memorial Union. The Classic Film Society is under the direction of its founder, Professor F. Anthony Macklin of the University of Dayton. Macklin, who is gaining stature as a film critic, is also editor of the Film Heritage magazine. He is an assistant professor of English at the University of Dayton.
