Abstract

Rev. John Nichols, S.M., Assistant Professor of Philosophy, has been appointed editor of the report on Academic Freedom at the University of Dayton by the Very Rev. Raymond A. Roesch, S.M., President. It will be Father Nichols' task to carry on the work of the President's Ad Hoc Committee for the study of Academic Freedom at the University of Dayton. Father Roesch established the faculty committee last Spring "to study the guidelines of academic freedom on our campus."
