UDRI Wins Edison Contract to Help State's Polymer Companies

Abstract

Polymers are big business in Ohio, where the state ranks first in the nation in rubber and plastics employment. They're also small business. That's why Ohio's Edison Polymer Innovation Corporation (EPIC) has awarded the University of Dayton Research Institute an 18-month, $90,000 contract to help small and medium-size companies solve manufacturing and processing problems, perform quality assurance tests and learn emerging technologies.
