Abstract
When Grammy Award-winning composer John Corigliano witnessed the first performance by four Indiana University School of Music graduate students, he encouraged them to use his name. Those musicians, including Melia Watras, a 1987 graduate of Colonel White High School in Dayton, make up the Corigliano Quarted, which performs at UD Oct. 30.
