Abstract

News release announcing the University of Dayton's Food Services as the First Prize winner in the Culinary Arts Exhibit at the annual Convention of the Mid-American Restaurant Association. UD's Food Services department was in competition against bakeries, hotels, motels and other commercial food establishments.
