Abstract

News release announces that Curtis Sliwa, founder of the Guardian Angels organization, will give a speech entitled "Crime in America: Is Bernhard Goetz a Hero?" Members of Sliwa's organization patrol subways and streets in high-crime areas in 46 U.S. cities.
