Abstract
Tip sheet provides feature leads: Dean Lovelace of UD's Strategies for Responsible Development says the façade may be the only salvageable part of the Classic Theater, once a mecca of black cultural life in Dayton. Also, sociology professors Patrick G. Donnelly and Theo J. Majka share their findings on urban neighborhood cohesiveness and residents' fear of crime.
