Abstract
News release announces that the University of Dayton's first Dayton Humanities Institute will be held on the theme "Freedom and Responsibility: Public and Private." It will focus on the relevance of Humanities to business. "People who major in business get jobs more easily," said UD English professor and institute director Frank Henninger. "People who major in liberal arts get jobs with greater difficulty. But sometimes after 15 years on the job, the liberal arts majors are managing the business majors."
