Abstract

Feature leads for the media: A seven-week summer research program at the University of Dayton was designed to stimulate interest in mathematical careers; mathematics professor Bernard Rice will attend a meeting of the National Council of Teachers of Mathematics to discuss new ways of teaching math using technology such as computers and calculators.
