Abstract
Feature leads for the media: University of Dayton Research Institute has developed a biodegradable plastic casing for fertilizer that releases in a similar manner to time-release medicines. It's undergoing testing by a major fertilizer company. Rom Haghighi, an assistant professor of criminal justice, has been appointed to the Governor's Commission on Socially Disadvantaged Black Males to review Ohio's criminal justice system.
