Abstract

News release announces that the University of Dayton reached an agreement to purchase 115 student rental properties and two lots from John T. Ross. In reaching the agreement, the University avoided filing suit in Montgomery County Common Pleas Court to invoke its right to acquire the properties through the power of eminent domain. UD owns more than half the housing units in the student neighborhood.
