Abstract

News release announces that the judge handling the United Airlines bankruptcy case and a lawyer who helped create the test to determine bankruptcy qualifications will be at the University of Dayton School of Law to discuss whether the recent changes to bankruptcy laws are economically prudent or a result of economic pressure.
