Washington, D.C.
Dec. 22, 1894
My dear Paul,
Your stamp plate is finished at last. I used all you sent me and in addition have used some of a collection given me by a friend. They are quite rare, and I hope, dear, that you will like the design I have made. It is original of course so please overlook its imperfections, which are many.
I hope that you may spend a happy Christmas.
Ever your friend
Rebekah
I forward the plate at this writing.
