Abstract
Once a year I play UD's version of Candid Camera, and the moment is magical. Just before Christmas an unsuspecting Johanna Matota stepped into my conference room. Her hands flew to her mouth in surprise and joy when I told her she is the 2026 recipient of the prestigious W.S. McIntosh Memorial Leadership Award.
