Abstract
This presentation provides an overview of the Personal Training program at Colin’s Lodge, a facility dedicated to serving adults with cognitive differences through inclusive and adaptive programming. Highlights will include sample training sessions, a summary of fitness assessment data used to track participant progress, and faculty- and student-led research initiatives connected to the program. Additionally, the session will explore the meaningful experiential learning opportunities available to Health and Sport Science (HSS) students, emphasizing the development of professional skills, community engagement, and applied practice. This presentation underscores the value of inclusive fitness programming and its impact on both participants and student practitioners.
