Abstract

The global education seminar is a faculty development opportunity to explore pedagogical, scholarly, or service related projects in collaboration with international partners. I will briefly describe my journey in the program as well as my travel experience in West Africa. Further, I will propose a transcultural experiential learning opportunity for students that will be linked to a specialty elective. Finally, I will present a research proposal that it is integrated with the experiential learning opportunity.
