Abstract

In Spring 2024, the Academic Affairs Committee (AAC) of the College of Arts and Sciences forwarded a proposal to the Executive Committee of the Academic Senate (ECAS) to establish a Neuroscience undergraduate co-major, submitted by the Department of Biology. This proposal also included recommended language to define undergraduate co-majors for inclusion in the College of Arts and Sciences Academic Catalog. Additionally, the AAC advised that the Academic Senate review and approve each co-major proposal to ensure clarity and consistency.
