Description
Porcelain doll is wearing a habit typical of the Sisters of the Sacred Hearts of Jesus and Mary, which was founded in Poitiers, France, in 1797 by Countess Henriette Aymer de la Chevalerie. The doll is wearing a white habit with embroidery visible on the scapular, white veil, white wimple, and a red cloak.
