Description
Plastic doll is wearing a habit worn by the Religious Teachers Venerini, better known as the Venerini Sisters. Saint Rosa Venerini founded this order in 1656 in Viterbo, Italy. The doll is wearing a black dress, black shoulder cape, black bonnet, and black wimple. A metal crucifix hangs from a black cord around the doll's neck. A black sash is tied around the doll's waist. A black rosary hangs from the doll's waist, and in place of the typical crucifix, a metal medal with an image of Saint Ignatius of Loyola hangs from the end of the rosary.
