Both pandemics caused a great deal of fear within people. Fear of the unknown, fear of the possibility of death, and/or the fear of being alone. However, the power of love can conquer all. Where there is love, there is no fear. Surrounding yourself with loved ones in a pandemic can help make you feel safe and protected. Everyone had someone worth fighting for.
