Why the honoree chose the book
We all need time to focus and "get in the zone" of producing high-quality work. However, work-life balance may not be achievable with large amounts of to-do lists within the three pillars of academia (research, teaching, and service). This book provides solutions and plans that helped me thrive as an assistant professor.
