Abstract
This research examines the internationalization efforts at the University of Dayton, specifically looking at full-time undergraduate students. International students are a very important and influential part of higher education in the United States today. Consequently, the level of integration that international students at universities experience has a powerful effect on the benefits of international student programs. The purpose of this research is to review how the University of Dayton currently integrates international students, survey existing international students to include their perspectives, identify gaps in existing programs, and recommend original concepts that can further enhance integration programs for UD's undergraduate international students.
