In Loving Memory (front) 'We have loved her during life; let us not abandon her until we have conducted her by our prayers in the house of the Lord.' --St. Ambrose. In your charity Pray for the Repose of the soul of Mary E Harper Died May 15, 1936. Prayer. O gentlest Heart of Jesus, ever present in the Blessed Sacrament, ever consumed with burning love for the poor captive souls in Purgatory, have mercy on the soul of Thy servant. Be not severe in Thy judgments, but let some drops of Thy Precious Blood fall upon the devouring flames and do Thou, O merciful Saviour, send Thy angels to conduct her to a place of refreshment, light and peace. Amen. Eternal rest grant unto her, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon her. Sacred Heart of Jesus, have mercy on her. Immaculate Heart of Mary, pray for her. St. Joseph, friend of the Sacred Heart, pray for her. (100 days for each aspiration.) Merciful Jesus, grant her eternal rest. (7 years and 7 quarantines.) (back)
