Reliquary containing a relic of Saint Peter Martyr. The date that this reliquary was assembled is unknown. Saint Peter Martyr (1205-1252), also known as Saint Peter of Verona, was a Italian Dominican friar who served as Inquisitor in Lombardy, and was killed by an assassin.
