The REAL Dayton program, led by Meaghan Crowley, offers a unique community engagement experience combining elements of alternative BreakOuts, immersions, and retreats. Participants are immersed in Dayton’s community to serve, connect with local leaders, and discover the city’s gifts and challenges while reflecting on how to lead for the common good.
